Payment for services rendered are due at the time of each appointment. It is your responsibility to understand your individual health benefit. Certain plans are subject to copays and deductibles. If we do not currently accept your insurance, you may be able to receive reimbursement through an "Out of Benefit", however, this is totally dependent upon your plan.

Our normal payment rate is $110.00 per individual session. We accept cash and personal checks.
